Refund Policy
At Notesly, we maintain a no-refund policy for the following reasons:
- Our pricing is transparent and clearly communicated
- Premium features are well-documented before purchase
- We offer a free tier to test our core features
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
Important Note
Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will not auto-renew for the next billing period
- You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- Your data and notes remain intact and accessible
- You can continue using premium features until your paid period expires
After Cancellation
When your subscription period ends, your account will automatically revert to the free tier. Your existing notes will remain accessible, but premium features will be disabled.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your Notesly account
- Go to Account Settings
- Select "Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
